Cream Cheese Filling

  • 1 tsp gelatin bloomed in 2 Tbsp water
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (from 1 large lemon)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Cherry Topping

  • 16 oz cherries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch 
  • 1/8 tsp salt
