5 large egg yolks

5 tbsp cornstarch

8 oz chocolate chips, or chopped chocolate (1 1/3 cup, or 226 grams)

3 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tsp vanila extract


 

Whipped Cream

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (175 ml)

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
