 2 1/2 teaspoons of gelatin powder (7 grams, 0.25 oz)

1/2 cup water, divided

8 oz. cream cheese, softened (226 grams)

1 14 oz. can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk

 

To decorate

1 oz chocolate (28 grams)
