1- 8 ct. premade buttermilk biscuits

1- 16 oz fresh strawberries

¾ cup heavy whipping cream
⅓ -½ cup Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed milk

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Bake a premade pack of buttermilk biscuits according to package instructions and allow to cool completely.

Slice the strawberries and place them into a medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle the granulated sugar over the strawberries, stir, and place in the fridge to rest until you’re ready to put together the shortcakes.

Whip the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until you have a whipped cream consistency, about 4-5 minutes. For sweeter whipped cream, add up to ½ cup of sweetened condensed milk.

To assemble, cut the biscuits in half. Spoon on a big dollop of whipped cream on the bottom biscuit. Spoon on a big spoonful of strawberries. Top with the other biscuit half. Top that with more whipped cream. Repeat for all of the shortcakes. Enjoy!
