3 tablespoon dutch processed cocoa powder
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
shredded coconut, for decoration
chocolate sprinkles, for decoration
NUTRITION INFORMATION
COMBINE in a medium saucepan over medium heat, cocoa powder, butter and sweetened condensed milk. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Keep in mind that the mixture will begin to thicken as it cooks.
REMOVE from heat, allow to cool completely before handling.
SCOOP mixture, using a spoon, lightly grease your hand with non-stick spray or butter, roll into smooth balls and roll in toppings. Place brigadeiros on a plate, chill before serving.
