NUTRITION INFORMATION
Line an 8x8 square pan with foil and cooking spray.
Into a microwave-safe bowl add in the semi-sweet chocolate chips with half of a (14 oz) Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Microwave at 40 seconds at a time until fully melted and smooth. Add the vanilla in and mix.
Pour all the chocolate into the pan and spread to cover the entire pan.
Into a second microwave-safe bowl add in the white chocolate chips with the remaining half of Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
Microwave at 40 seconds at a time until fully melted and smooth. Add the peppermint extract in and mix.
Pour the white chocolate mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
Sprinkle the white chocolate layer with the crushed candy canes.
Allow the fudge to sit out for 4 hours at room temperature.
Slice into squares and enjoy!
