1 oz vodka
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
3 oz heavy cream
2-3 Tbsp Eagle Brand Milk Condensed Milk

NUTRITION INFORMATION
Fill a highball glass half way with ice.
Add coffee liqueur, vodka and peppermint extract
In a shaker add heavy cream and condensed milk.
Cover and shake until blended.
Pour into the glass.
Garnish with candy cane and rosemary.
